A recently completed project, the large expanse of lawn has been redesigned to encourage wildlife and to provide a more biodiverse garden. A meandering path, through an alley of silver birch trees, leads down to a decked entertaining area which will be the perfect space for the extended family to gather and to enjoy lovely views out over the surrounding countryside.
 
Areas of the garden will be left to grow wild with a second path edged by the long grass and native wild flowers.
Trees have been added to provide vertical structure and to provide food and shelter for wildlife.
The borders closer to the house and existing patio area are planted in a slightly more formal style but still have a softness to them and are pollinator rich.
